2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the TeepTrak Partner Program, lets companies apply to become partners, and gives approved partners access to a private Partner Space (deal registration, training, resources, commissions and support).
3. Access and accounts
Browsing the public pages is free. Access to the Partner Space is reserved for approved partners. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@teeptrak.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to access, no interference with the site’s security or operation, and no automated extraction of content.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents and software, belongs to TeepTrak or its licensors. Partners may use the sales and marketing materials made available to them only to promote TeepTrak products, as set out in the Partner Program Terms and their partner agreement. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Information on the site
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Figures, examples and illustrations do not constitute a commitment or an offer. Commercial terms only bind TeepTrak when set out in a signed agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TeepTrak is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, from temporary unavailability, or from content on third-party sites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the site, with its “Last updated” date, applies.
10. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms exist in French and English. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
