2. Data we collect
Application and contact forms: first name, last name, email, phone, company, country, partner type and your message. Partner Space: account data, profile details, deals you register (including prospect company and contact details you provide), training progress, support requests, uploaded documents such as signed contracts, and commission data. Technical data: IP address, browser information, and cookies as described in our cookie banner.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
To review applications and manage the partnership (steps before a contract, then performance of the contract); to send the materials you request and follow up (legitimate interest, or consent where required); to register and protect deals and pay commissions (contract); to provide support and training (contract); to secure and improve the site (legitimate interest); to meet legal obligations such as accounting (legal obligation).
4. Who receives it
TeepTrak staff who manage partners, including your regional manager; TeepTrak group companies where needed for the partnership; and service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, CRM (Odoo), workflow automation (n8n), email and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers or TeepTrak entities may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we use safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to a partnership: up to 3 years after the last contact. Partner data: for the duration of the partnership, then as required by law (for example, accounting records for 10 years). Technical logs: up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@teeptrak.com. You can also complain to the French data-protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or the authority in your country.
8. Prospect data you register
When you register a deal, you confirm you are allowed to share the prospect’s contact details with TeepTrak for that purpose.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version with its “Last updated” date.
