TEEPTRAK Partner Program โ Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2026
These Terms of Service govern your participation in the TEEPTRAK Partner Program operated by TEEPTRAK SAS, RCS Paris 804 462 570, 155 Boulevard Vincent Auriol, 75013 Paris, France.
1. Program Overview
The TEEPTRAK Partner Program enables authorized partners to promote, refer, and/or distribute TEEPTRAK industrial monitoring solutions (OEE, cycle time, quality, process, energy). Participation is subject to approval by a TEEPTRAK regional manager.
2. Eligibility
Partners must be legally registered business entities. TEEPTRAK reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
3. Partner Obligations
Partners agree to: register all leads through the Partner Portal before engagement; follow TEEPTRAK brand guidelines; maintain professional standards; not represent competing OEE/MES solutions without prior written consent; complete Partner Academy onboarding within 30 days.
4. Commissions
Commission rates are defined in the Partner Agreement by type and region. Commissions are calculated on confirmed net payments from end customers and settled quarterly. Deal registration through the Partner Portal is mandatory.
5. Intellectual Property
All TEEPTRAK trademarks, logos, product names, software, and materials remain the exclusive property of TEEPTRAK SAS. Partners receive a limited, revocable license for promotional purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
Partners maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
7. Data Protection
Partners comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), and PIPL (China).
8. Term and Termination
TEEPTRAK may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
TEEPTRAK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Partner Program.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Paris, France.
